Schwickerath is based in Fehr Graham's West Union, Iowa, office, where he supports municipal clients through project coordination and business development. He serves as a key point of contact for clients, preparing and presenting materials to win work while helping maintain relationships with municipal leaders and staff.
He supports business development by identifying opportunities with municipal clients and helps with cost estimates, reports and technical documentation. Schwickerath also helps ensure clear communication and continued trust with clients.
Schwickerath brings experience in operations and coordination, with a background in organizing complex projects, supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining momentum. His collaborative approach and client-focused mindset support Fehr Graham's commitment to responsive, relationship-driven service.
He earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Hawkeye Community College and completed training in occupational safety and operational best practices.
