Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Emily Massingill to Pursuits Manager.
In this role, Massingill is building the firm's pursuits team to help Fehr Graham position for projects in transportation, water and wastewater, brownfield redevelopment and more. She also manages client and project data, along with tools that support her team in developing proposals.

Massingill joined Fehr Graham in 2020 as a Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator in 2023. She earned a bachelor's degree in Communication Technologies with a Journalism emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
