Millennium Fountain on Water Street in Rockford, Illinois, wasn't designed to be a play space. Soon, it will be transformed into one.
Fehr Graham helped reimagine the fountain with designs that will make it safer and take it from a decorative feature to an interactive, inviting community gem.
