Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Pamela Holstrum as human resources manager.
Holstrum supports the firm’s administrative division by managing all human resource efforts. She leads Fehr Graham’s initiatives in employment law, workers’ compensation, performance and talent management, compensation, recruitment, orientation, on- and off-boarding, training and development.
“We’re glad to add someone with strong human resources experience to the team,” said Mick Gronewold, one of the firm’s five owners. “While we grow as a firm, Pam will provide the necessary support for our long-term goals.”
Holstrum has more than two decades of human resources experience in employee relations, safety and self-funded benefits, primarily with manufacturing companies. Holstrum spent more than 17 years managing all human resources functions for Zenith Cutter (Loves Park), an industrial knife manufacturer.
Holstrum and her team will support Fehr Graham’s employees in 10 offices in Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.
