IN SETH’S OWN WORDS …

How would you describe what you do to someone unfamiliar with your job?

We solve problems with various municipal infrastructure such as transportation, sanitary sewers, water mains, water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, bridges/culverts, stormwater management, private development and much more.

What do you like most about working at Fehr Graham?

I enjoy the diversity of the work, which keeps every day interesting, and I also appreciate the client relationships we develop.

Tell us about your professional accomplishments.

I joined the firm in 2011 as a summer intern to help in whatever way I could. When I joined Fehr Graham on a full-time basis, I had the opportunity to work on many types of projects and I spent a lot of time honing my technical skills understanding how the business operates. I help lead and support our Rockford engineering group. I served two years on the Next Rockford Strategy Team.

Who are you outside work?

I am a social person who enjoys spending time with friends and family. You can find me on the boat, on the golf course, playing slow pitch softball, hunting, fishing or really anything that feeds my need to be active.

How would your co-workers and clients describe you?

I am a person who follows through on my word, and I am driven to do so.

What do you enjoy about helping clients and the communities in which they work and live?

I enjoy seeing project work come to life from design plans to construction and seeing the impact it has on the community and our clients and how it fulfills our staff.
