Todd is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and is Fehr Graham’s first nontechnical Principal, paving a path for others to find their way to become a Principal. He joined the firm in September 2020 and quickly became a Principal in January 2022.
Todd strives daily to help the firm with financial forecasting and high-performance goals. He works diligently toward strategically growing the firm and has wide exposure to every facet of the company.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He and his wife, Gigi, live in Batavia. They have three children.
IN TODD’S OWN WORDS …
How would you describe what you do to someone unfamiliar with your job?
My team and I are responsible for performance optimization and developing and executing strategic initiatives for the firm, including mergers and acquisitions.
What do you like most about working at Fehr Graham?
Fehr Graham is fast-paced with a strong foundation in being responsive. I like the accountability that creates within our company.
Tell us about your professional accomplishments.
I passed the CPA exam upon graduation from college. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work for great companies ranging from early state entrepreneurial to Fortune 500. I have worked with and learned from talented teammates along the way.
Who are you outside work?
I am married and have three children. I like exploring new places by hiking, biking and snowshoeing. I love it when a friend, family member or former coworker reaches out for input on how to solve a problem or deal with an issue.

What do you enjoy about helping clients and the communities in which they work and live?
