Dave Winnekins promoted to Associate Engineering Technician

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Dave Winnekins to Associate Engineering Technician.

Winnekins inspects and observes construction projects like water infrastructure, Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant sidewalks, storm sewer systems and lead service lines. He joined Fehr Graham in March.

He graduated from Freeport High School and is certified in water and sewer construction inspection from the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology. He retired from the City of Freeport Water and Sewer Commission where he worked as a construction foreman.
