Fehr Graham hires Richard Harbaugh as Engineering Technician

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the hiring of Richard Harbaugh as an Engineering Technician.

Harbaugh, who works in the firm's Manchester office, verifies infrastructure designs to ensure Americans with Disabilities Act compliance and performs on-site inspections for roadway projects.

Harbaugh earned an associate degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo.
