Manchester makes plans and measures success

Since 1984, the City of Manchester, Iowa, has had annual discussions regarding goal setting for the coming year. The City understands the importance of strategic planning for the future. These discussions address the City’s major accomplishments and identify issues, concerns, trends and opportunities. This process helps the council and city staff identify specific projects and allows the team to set a vision for the organization.
