The Views of Marion's green designs make it first WELL-certified senior living center in U.S.

Learn how The Views of Marion became the first WELL-certified senior living center in the United States at the largest and longest sustainability conference in the Midwest.

Dr. Mik Pietrzak, Executive Chairman of The Views development, and Nate Kass, a Professional Engineer and one of Fehr Graham’s seven owners, will discuss the project at the Growing Sustainable Communities Conference. The Views of Marion project focused on building long-term wellness by using green technology to give seniors indoor and outdoor living space.

The pair will speak at 11:15 a.m. Oct. 25 at the conference which will at the Grand River Center, 500 Bell St., Dubuque.
