Fehr Graham serves as the City Engineer in South Beloit, Illinois. Our team works with City officials to review various City permit applications and improve street infrastructure and sanitary sewer. We complete subdivision plats and City map updates and provide safety services. Fehr Graham also review subdivision plats and plans for development within the City limits.

One of the substantial projects we completed in South Beloit was when we designed and oversaw the repairs at Oak Grove and Doner Drive. This project was significant because it utilized various funding sources including IDOT Economic Development Program dollars. The project also abutted Illinois Route 2, so there was additional coordination that was required with the Illinois Department of Transportation. Our team coordinated with the contractors to ensure the project was completed efficiently and to standards. Fehr Graham regularly completes engineering reviews and inspections for the City. We are on-call and help address issues as they arise.
