Business booms on Route 20 in Dubuque

 Dubuque, Iowa, is no stranger to commercial growth. This quaint, growing city located along the Mississippi River is home to nearly 60,000 people. Retail and tourism is a big driver of the local economy.

Wacker Plaza sits on Wacker Drive, just north of Route 20. The plaza was given a "facelift" to match the look and feel of the adjacent Kennedy Mall and shopping centers. Levi Architecture, project lead, reached out to Fehr Graham for civil site design services.
