As a Project Assistant at the firm's West Union, Iowa, office, Steinlage handles clerical and administrative work. She helps maintain company data, supports her colleagues on project needs and manages the day-to-day operations of the office.
She is a graduate of Crestwood Secondary School in Cresco, Iowa.
