Dave Winnekins promoted to Senior Engineering Technician

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Dave Winnekins to Senior Engineering Technician.

Winnekins is a key part of the City of Rockford's water infrastructure improvement projects, including water main upgrades, lead service line replacement program inspections and preconstruction home inspections. He also served as lead inspector on major projects, including improvements along West Jefferson and 11th streets. His experience also spans inspections for sidewalk, curb and gutter, and asphalt replacement projects.

Winnekins joined the firm in 2022. He is certified in water and sewer construction inspection from the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology. He worked as a construction foreman for the City of Freeport Water and Sewer Commission before he joined Fehr Graham.
