Sims oversees construction for water main and sanitary sewer installations. He has experience inspecting pipelines, engineering designs and more.
Sims graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and is a certified Environmental Health and Safety Professional. He works in the firm's Aurora, Illinois, office.
