Ebony Coleman promoted to Talent Acquisition Program Lead
Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Ebony Coleman to Talent Acquisition Program Lead.
In this role, Coleman leads the firm's talent sourcing and recruitment programs. She finds, interviews and evaluates candidates and works with hiring managers to fill open positions. She also oversees the employee referral and internship programs.
Coleman, who joined Fehr Graham in 2021, earned her associate degree in Business Administration from Rasmussen College.
