Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the hiring of Lane To as an Engineer.

To earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Yale University and a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
