Fehr Graham promotes Colton Johnson to Project Engineer

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Colton Johnson to Project Engineer.

Since joining Fehr Graham in 2023, Johnson has designed and drafted structural elements for buildings and bridges, ensuring compliance with applicable codes. He prepares cost estimates and quantity breakdowns for civil and structural projects, supports bridge and building inspections, and reviews shop drawings for plan compliance. In his new role, Johnson has expanded project management responsibilities.

Johnson, who works in the Rockford, Illinois, office, earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is certified in the National Highway Institute for FHWA-NHI Safety Inspection of bridges and as an Iowa Department of Transportation Bridge Team Leader.
