Heather Dee hired as Senior Project Manager

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the hiring of Heather Dee as a Senior Project Manager. Dee brings extensive experience in land acquisition, right-of-way management and real estate transactions that support major infrastructure and energy projects.

Dee will lead land acquisition services for Fehr Graham, guiding teams and complex, multistate initiatives from planning through closeout. She will coordinate with stakeholders, property owners and regulatory agencies while ensuring compliance with Iowa Utilities Commission requirements, state codes and internal standards.

Before joining Fehr Graham, Dee served as Manager of Real Estate and Right of Way at Alliant Energy. In that role, she negotiated land transactions for subsidiary companies and managed staff and contractors supporting projects across Iowa and Wisconsin. Her experience also includes gas pipeline route planning, public information proceedings and management of easements, leases, title research and legal documentation. Her background helps clients secure property rights efficiently while advancing projects with confidence.

Dee, who works in the firm's Cedar Rapids, Iowa, office, earned a bachelor's degree from Mount Mercy University. She is a member of the International Right of Way Association.
