Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce the hiring of Josh Harken, PE, as Branch Manager for the East Peoria, Illinois, office.
Harken brings almost two decades of industry experience to the firm, including 11 years in consulting as a general municipal engineer and nearly seven years as a Senior Project Engineer at water and wastewater utility company American Water.
In his new role, Harken will lead office operations, develop staff, oversee projects and work closely with new and long-term clients. He will lead business development and employee recruitment and retention initiatives in his office.

Harken is looking forward to getting to know the 30 people who work in East Peoria and learn more about Fehr Graham. He said he chose Fehr Graham for its reputation and the opportunity to grow a team.

Harken is replacing Rob Culp, PE, CFM, who served as the office's Branch Manager the last 15 months. Culp is shifting his responsibilities to overseeing large-scale transportation projects across the firm while growing important local relationships in the East Peoria/Peoria market.
Harken earned a bachelor's and master's degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. He and his wife, Kelly, live in Peoria with their four children.
