Kelsey Castle hired as Head of Human Resources
Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announces the hiring of Kelsey Castle as the firm's Head of Human Resources.
As part of Fehr Graham's leadership team, Castle will direct human resources operations that focus on a people-first approach for the firm's 260 employees who work across 12 offices. Castle will focus on developing talent at every level, strengthening leadership and fostering change across the organization. She will also support the firm's culture of learning, growth and engagement to help enhance talent acquisition and retention.
Castle, who has spent her entire career in human resources, where she's focused on organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations and staff development. She's held several senior human resources roles, most recently as Director of People and Culture for Wilton Brands. Before that, she worked for Target and State Farm.
"Kelsey's experience and leadership is a great addition as we continue to grow and invest in our people," said Fehr Graham President Kyle Saunders. Castle earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
