Kirsten Peterson earns HR Generalist certification

Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, is proud to announce that Human Resources Generalist Kirsten Peterson earned the HR Generalist certification from the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR).

The AIHR course focused on training in operations and business scaling and structuring. Peterson also learned common mistakes HR generalists make and how to manage employee performance and engagement. Peterson took the course to learn more about business operations so she can better support the company's growth. During the training, she discovered she is passionate about the employee benefits side of human resources.
