Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Naomi Mullen to Staff Hydrogeologist.
Mullen, who works in the firm's Rockford, Illinois, office, conducts Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) with a focus on brownfield projects. She also conducts multimedia sampling at solid waste landfills to support environmental investigations and site redevelopment.
In her new role, Mullen manages brownfield cleanup grants and writes bid specifications for environmental remediation projects. She performs Phase II ESAs, manages more client relationships and coordinates with contractors to help ensure projects move forward efficiently and in compliance with environmental regulations.
Mullen earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
