Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County breaks ground

The official groundbreaking for Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County (MHLC) was held July 15 in Darlington, Wisconsin. Construction for the $64.8 million hospital and clinic building will start later this month.

Fehr Graham helped with site design, landscaping, funding and environmental services. The new hospital will feature a new emergency department, diagnostic imaging, surgical services with two operating rooms, a procedure room, medical and surgical unit, pharmacy, rehabilitation and a vision clinic with a retail eye shop. The hospital will also have space for behavioral health and mindfulness sessions.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2024. Read more in The Monroe Times
